GROUP RIDES

One of the most important part of cycling is riding with others. Whether that is to have a chat with likeminded folk, spin to the cafe, or test yourself in a non competitive enviroment, the club hopes to provide something to suit everyone. See below examples of rides that we often run.

All our club rides (and more!) are detailed via our strava club. Click the link below to join.

THE CLUB RUN

This ride is your traditional club run. This a no drop ride, usually around 50-70km long, aimed at both newer and more experienced riders.

Taking place on either Saturdays or Sundays, the club run will take on rolling terrain and will split into different pace groups if numbers allow. We often finish at the Cat that Cafe in Tynwald mills for coffee, cake, and a natter.

Keep an eye on our social channels for details of the next club run.

LADIES GROUP RIDE

A ride just for the girls. This ride is perfect for women of all abilities who are keen to develop their road cycling skills and make some new riding buddies along the way!

Hosted on Monday nights in the spring and summer, this ride will be generally flat, with a route taking in the south of Island, starting and ending at the Costa in Castletown. Keep an eye on our socials for details of the next one!

TNO THURSDAYS

This one is for the more advanced riders, and those keen to improve their racing techniques.

Meeting at St Marks Hall on Thursday (6pm) nights in the Spring and Summer, this ride is all about testing yourself with some of the Island's keen racers. This is a drop ride, so have a plan for getting home if you are out the back!

The ride will generally head south, where the group will ride "through and off" at near race pace.
